This is the project blog for the Google Summer of Code project "A Perl-based Command Line Interface to a Topological Query Application for BioSQL in Support of High Throughput Classification and Analysis of LTR Retrotransposons in Plant Genomes". Paperwork, Books and POD
I have submitted my paperwork to google, and my copy of "Joe Celko's Trees and Hierarchies in SQL for Smarties" arrived a couple of days ago. I have been pretty happy with the results I get including POD documentation in PERL code.
